I can highly reccommend Kcut too, I'm getting entire robots waterjet by them and they're cheap, good to work with, and stock pretty much every material going (I have seen, with my own eyes, the field where they grow their Hardox). Titanium *might* be a supply your own material job, but give them a ring and see what they have.
