I've seen few robots using them on Robogames. My impression is that they are a little bit fragile for the current demands. Although on an event without spinners they might be a good choice.

We (RioBotz) used NPC's T64 on our last overhead-twack bot Anubis (2005), one per side. On both, the first gear that is machined on the rotor axle stripped, one on the first fight and the other on the second fight. So my advice is go easy on the reversals.

At the end we converted Anubis into a high power segway.
