On Lynx i used JST connectors, they come with wires already attached so you just cut them to size and solder them together, the non removable part was just held to the side wall by a couple of cable ties.


You can use fuse holders, i did in Hatchet but that was a feather so it might be a tad big for beetles. JST's are small and handled the current Lynx was pulling which was like 50a on startup.
