What Harry said. If pushing the stick to the left is forwards, then swap the wires on the left-hand motor when looking at the robot from the rear. This means that when you push the stick left, the robot will now go to the left. Whether pushing the stick forwards actually now makes your robot go forwards is another matter, but basically all you can do is trial and error. Just swap motor wires and servo connectors around until you get the right combination.
