Yeah I've got mixing off. Turned it on to see if would somehow help, ofc it didn't so I turned it back off.

Are you using dx6i? Why not just use the built in mixing with the dual rates set so you get 100% throws?
DX5e peasant here.
Also now mixes but don't failsafe any more. Just rebound it with the new set up and no joy.
I have some spare spektrum receivers you could borrow which may help remove some of your issues.

Better luck next time Harry, it looked like a really good machine but it just got unlucky. Hopefully you can get it running for next years champs and it will dish out some major damage
