The Robo Challenge guys aren't making wheels any more. We're all in the process of finding an easy way of making our own. There are a few methods kicking about if you would like any info.
yes please good sir
ok, erm, I will find links precisely showing you but the basic gist is to melt a nut into a plastic wheel. The official method is with a home made jig and blow torch etc to heat the nut up, then scientifically use a drill press to put the hot nut in. I find a hob ring works well and the output of a duff drill to hold and press the nut.
Easiest way is just to buy some of the Bearing boy wheels, or i found some suitable ones on Ebay, and some 3/8 unf Brake pipe connectors and heat them up, then you just press them into the wheels and make adjustments by eye.

lol i just drill it out to 0.5 bigger than the flat of the brake pipe connector and hammer them in
