Your search for "All I require for now is a deactivated Explosive. There is something I would like to try." yielded the following result:

Deactivated Party Bomb Twenty two years ago Melded was rocked by a series of sort of terrorist bombings - the group claiming responsibility - the PPP (People's Party Posse) - created explosive devices which would distribute various mind altering substances and hallucinogens over the blast radius, causing people to want to party. This was apparently as a reaction to life being too boring. Unfortunately, several people were accidentally hurt or killed during this campaign due to being too close to the explosive, having a negative reaction to the substances or stumbling into danger while oblivious. The PPP was hunted down, and has been locked up since in St Dullards's - the most boring asylum-prison in the world.

This bomb was the last found, and successfully disarmed by a hero dog called William, who got a medal for it.
"Excellent." Epsilon replied as it accepted the disarmed Bomb and held it in its hands. With that, the Android seemed to stare at the explosive- its visor blinking and several beeps coming from its internal computers. From its viewpoint, Epsilon was actually using its built-in Copying Ability to scan the schematics of the Bomb, download data on duplicating a weapon like it, and its internal weapon system was adapting itself to accommodate it.

There was one last longer chime from Epsilon, and with that, it held out its arm. Its hand and standard wrist-mounted folded away, and in its place was a Cannon-like device with a stubby barrel. In its view, some computerised text flashed up- WEAPON COPY COMPLETED. GET EQUIPPED WITH- TACTICAL_ORDNANCE*.
Epsilon lowered its arm. "Weapon Adaptor.", the Android explained- "Never had an opportunity to try it out until now. Still...these should come in handy."

*These are small disc-shaped explosive devices that can be set to up to 10 levels of explosive power, and can be set off either remotely or after a short delay. They can be fired like Grenades, or alternatively stuck to surfaces like Proximity Mines.
