Twitch grabs a few bits and pieces from the giant mechanoid, puts them into his bag of items, and - grabbing said bag in both claws - lets George know via his communicator that he would like to be transported back to the castle. Who knows, the robot stuff could turn out to be useful later on.
TWITCH
Twitch and all accotrements are teleported back to the castle.
PHANTASMIC SLAMMER
The same light envelops the hardox rolling pin and then retreats. The rolling pin has changed colours slightly, and a strange energy is glowing around the handles. On closer inspection it would seem the hardox has been transmuted to a hyper dense alloy, involving osmium and a several more exotic subtances. The whole thing weighs a few tons, though no larger than it was before. The handles allow it to be lifted with ease, but the weight still would allow it to make solid impacts. It can roll pastry incredibly finely.
Eudial began to panic as her skin gradually changed. But when it finished, she felt otherwise normal. She gazed at the rifle in her hands. Apparently it gave her skin the properties of a dragon's skin... she stowed the rifle and gradually she returned to normal.
She returned to the main room where George and Anjushree were. "So," said Eudial. "We stomped out that rift source, but two remain." She scowled; there was no need for cowardice anymore, or subtlety. These were big dangers.
Fearing that she might have been a little rude, and now eager to maintain at least some respect between parties, she asked, in a more delicate voice, "Please tell me... where are these remaining two?"
She had a sneaking suspicion where one might be...

With a flash, Twitch materialised back inside the castle, and just to happened to be directly in front of Eudial's face once again. "Wagh!" The parrot gave a yelp and swooped backwards in a rather clumsy manner, landing in a heap on the ground. Picking himself up and dusting himself off, Twitch turned back to the rest of the group back inside the castle. "So what's going on?" he asked, trying to act like everything was normal.

AURELIA
After removing the song-sheets from the machine, and skimming through, the Angel notices that there have been some subtle changes to the music. It is as if the greatest musician who has ever lived had looked at these, seen a core of true beauty that took some subtle tweaks to bring out. Now, these songs are something else entirely - so beautiful and perfect that angels and devils, monsters and men, animals and certain specific planets and fungi would weep with happiness at the sound of them.
EUDIAL
After seeking out the Griffon, Eudial finds the mage just finishing a dossier. "After researching this thoroughly, I believe I have discerned the identity of the next rift wielder..."
The huge talon slides the file over...

PLAYZOOKI
Zooki returns to the mess hall to find all the plates thrown on the floor and every scrap of food gone. The robot is deactivated again. Suddenly there is a blow to his head that feels like a cannonball impacted him. Everything fades to black....
Later....
Zooki awakes to find his feet tied together with a thick mithril chain and his hands are manacles together, hanging upside down suspended off some point of the castle. The city spreads out below him. It is a long long long long way down. To concrete.
"So approximately human-like creature... you would think to steal the great bounty from my people, who have journeyed long to get here? Give me one good reason that I shouldn't let you fall? Answer me, for I am Katia, Mistress of Kung-shrew, and I do not joke" says the silhouette of a small brown creature about 2 inches tall from the balcony above.
Aurelia assembles her army, and together, they start singing songs from the now updated song sheets in front of Anjushree and George.
Eudial stared. "How did he get hold of a rift source? And does he even know about it?"
[kicks down the door to wherever Eudial and Griff are partying]

You absolute buggers! You cheeky overgrown schoolchildren! I get conked on the bonce for two minutes and you lot leave me stuck back in that dingy den with Captain Video or whoever he was!
