9.6V NIMH Packs

As i've now decided to run my bot on 19.2 volts instead of 16.8 i'm wondering if anybody has a couple of 9.6v nimh packs that they no longer need

5S LiPo is probably easier to aquire. That's 18.5V.

I have considered it but having never used them before im sceptical, plus i then have to buy another charger to use them

It would be worth it tho lipo are good, chargers ain't that much

A Imax B6 ac is less than £40, and can charge any type of battery, up to 6S LiPo and 12V SLA. And yes, NiMH and NiCd too.

Chances are that a dedicated NiMH charger is more expensive.
