Has anyone got some time to machine the small piece in the attached PDF? Its just a blank for a custom lathe tool I need to make part of our new machine. Silver steel is preferable as I have practice at hardening it but any high carbon steel will do. Wee need it quite quickly so we can build the machine before the event at Durham University.

The 20 Degree angle, the height of the angled section and the 16mm diameter top section are the key dimensions, the rest don't have to be that accurate. I will be adding the flutes and hardening it myself.

Its possible to pick up a 330mm Length of 30mm Dia Silver Steel here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Silver-Steel.../dp/B005LV1RQY I can pay for it and then have it delivered elsewhere.

Thanks for reading!
