The cable ties didnt hold up? What the heck!

Oh the cable ties -did- hold up! Alarmingly well in fact...

What happened was the screws are actually put in the wood sideways, along the grain so when Ysabelle hit it it split the wood along there, I just used that to hold it all in place still to stop it splitting any more and it worked out really nicely. Cable ties and duct taped the lot to stop it falling apart, like the professional engineer I am haha.

Yeah, the remains of Anvil held up very well! hahaha

I do hope I can get to Whitwick though, really want round two against a few spinners - Lynx has some catching up to do after causing that small scratch

Alex, are you bringing your spinner down as well?

If I get Mitternacht finished we may throw Ysabelle in too but given we can't get a bigger battery in it may be a bit of a dud.

Ahh, it did seem to be running out of power a fair bit... did split my front panel though so you've got that Alex haha!

And excellent stuff Will, bring it on In all honesty, I am glad Inertia stopped spinning, I think the design would be great for deflecting horizontals, but less so for verticals! Might make a few changes this week and see you all down there so I can claim victory once more (or take fhqwhgads back home in a bin bag, one of the two!)

The 800mAh 3S in it can't seem to supply enough power to tall 4 components, the RX kept browning out even when the disc was at just 1/4 throttle. We might try a dedicated BEC and a RX battery but given its already 180g over weight... not much point except for whiteboards.

Lynx seemed to be having a similar problem with it's drive cutting out, maybe the orange rx i have in there just doesn't like me because all of the trims were messing up as well.

And Matt give Lynx some credit, it was a crack not a scratch
