haven't read much of the thread. Don't bother with bushings, terrible if you don't have the accuracy. Tapered bearings if you don't have the ability to preload them. If you don't under stand this don't bother with them. Go for ball bearings. Press fit them into your nylon, job done. Nice and cheap

Oh and matt when are you going to give me the tenner for that belt that i bought you before the last champs? still got it sitting now in my new garage waiting to be posted. hell i'm happy to cover the postage on it.
