I think the easiest way to depressurise the whole system could be achieved through the safety valve (eliminating the need for a separate dump valve)

Cant as the dump needs to stay open in the pits, has to be something that will stay open on its own.

I won't allow a robot in the arena that needs to use a tool to dump it, if something moves inside or gets damaged, you have no way of making the system safe. Why cant you just move the dump, and run a small hose to it?

It would stay open by its self as I am only going to fit a nut to the handle shaft and cut down the handle to show it position clearly, I understand the issue of acces but ceros buffer tank ram etc are all fixed together it cant move the armour hole would be quite large, I would have moved it if I could easily but its silly tight inside

Exactely, the safety valve will stay in the open position through a toggle, no tools involved, all that would need to be done is latch the toggle to deactivate...its a bit difficult to imagine without seeing the actual thing but I can assure you it works.
Then again, it's your event so whatever your requirements, they must be complied with...
