£100 a pair, able to give you 15mph. 3th hand, maybe... Or if a roboteer with a large supply feels very generous.

Here you can look for yourself to give you an idea.

A possible option, but that's when you feel very very creative, is a pair of startermotors from the scrapyard. But that's not something I recommend.

To give an idea I spent £100 on a pair of Bosch 400 motors and all the gears to make my own gearboxes, but that won't get anything near 15mph.

While the topic is open has any one had any experience with these?

personally I would invest in some mag motors. Great ressults in some great robots. Bosch 750s where the standard but are quiet rare nowadays

Those Chinese scootermotors are useable, but the watts seem of the same type as the watts on cheap speakers.
The 8mm D-axle is an indication of that.
The construction ain't that strong, so you need to ruggedize them extensively.

Sorry missed this, the speed controller is 300 and the Bosch 750w motors ate 100 each and are neatly new with aluminium magnet retaining kits fitted, sorry no pics yet but perfect for hw.
Keep meaning to start a thread in for sale.
