Also zum Thema, das ist ja einer der Kämpfe die Storm II hatte...



Anfangs geht er Richtig gut in den Kampf, zum Ende hin, nach 2:30 Minuten Fehlt im Grunde schon Kraft um zu Kämpfen, war Storm II nur so Ausgelegt von der Dauer auf 3 Minuten, oder die Zellen Kaputt, denn das Bild hier spricht für sich, wenn es denn zu diesen Kampf ein zu Ordnen ist...

It wasn't a battery pack issue that meant we lost the fight, what you can't see is that Storm II has thrown two chains towards the end of the fight, meaning one side of the robot is running on one driven wheel only. The robot can still drive like that, and at the time driving it's hard to tell if you have thrown a chain or just have a bit of debris under you.

The battery pack that caught fire actually caught fire before this fight with Sewer Snake and was just swapped out with a spare pack without too much drama. It wasn't the chains that meant we lost the fight however this ....

.. was a fairly fatal issue. We exploded a gear off the shaft, it was eventually found in the arena cracked into a number of pieces. We flew almost 300Kg of luggage out to San Francisco - guess what one spare part we didn't have ?

Alles klar, jetzt verstehe ich den Ablauf vom Event, bei nur ein paar Bildern, Formt man sich ja im Grunde seine eigene Geschichte!

Das mit dem Ritzel am Motor ist natürlich echt Heftig, da hab ich bei mir in Luzifer auch immer etwas Angst, ich hab die guten alten PMG080 Verbaut für den Antrieb, die Welle ist 10mm im Durchmesser, wenn die mal reist, Motor Ersatz gibt es ja nicht mehr der PMG080 wird ja leider nicht mehr gebaut, die alternative Lynch Motoren ist zwar nee Alternative aber echt Heftig im Preis zumindest neu!

Das mit dem Gepäck kenne ich auch, alles dabei in Portsmouth, bis auf die Anleitung vom Waffen Regler, kein Internet zur Hand und keiner kennt sich aus mit den "IFI Robotics Victor 885" echt ärgerlich wenn man bei Event nur am Rumprobieren ist!

Aber nicht zu vergleichen mit euerer Situation, da würd ich glatt gegen die Wand Rennen und Shit Brüllen!
