Thinking of buying a Sabertooth 2x25a for a project, when asking around at GSL people were saying they kept breaking? Would anyone recomend these?

I found them very easy to set up, haven't had any problems apart from connecting battery wrong way round after which dimension engineering replaced it free of charge apart from postage
cool, thats very kind of them too lol
I wouldn't bother. I managed to fry two of em in quick succession a while back on regular drill motors. They don't have a 25a continuous rating or anywhere near that. Get some botbitz or reprogram a couple turnigy 85a
Ok, what controller would you recommend for wheelchair motors?
You were looking at using one on wheelchair motors?! It would have certainly blown.
What is the application?
On YouTube ect they use 2x25 for the controller
I definatly wouldn't use a sabertooth for wheelchair motors- they're good if not pushed close to their limits.
I'll ask again, what is the application?
The robot will weigh around 100kg but is
Not a heavyweight.
