I attended Robogames this year and have attended in the past. Dave has stopped running it because it was taking up too much of his life. He and his wife Simone are key to it and they have 3 year old daughter. It's not just the 2 weeks surrounding the event, it is the other 50 weeks of work to keep it going as well. Dave told me that he is trying to sell the arena to someone who will carry on so perhaps it will resurface in a different form.
