Boner

I've decided that it's time for a change from drums. Getting a bit bored of them so in light of this I am looking to gauge interest in buying boner. The price I would have in mind would be of the order of a few hundred. For this you will get everything bar the brushless motor and esc. I'll put more updates here in due course when I've had a chance to test and catalogue everything.

Of course the real beauty of this is that anyone struggling the navigate the new forum that does want to buy Boner can simply search 'Boner for Sale'.
I'm sure they'll find this thread eventually.......

The whole thing except the brushless setup to spin the drum.

As leo said, everything bar the brushless setup for the drum. It would be relatively simple to fit either a new brushless setup or a speed 900 to the drum as it used to have. The weapon system definitely still has many a spin left in it. Far stronger than it was in previous competitions. Bear in mind it also has a titanium chassis internally along with a titanium top, hardox bum and 20mm nylon sides that have been more than adequate in the past.

Thanks to those that have PM'd or contacted expressing an interest. Just so that we are all clear what is for sale, I will list things below,

- chassis and drum - Chassis is a mix of titanium, hardox and nylon. Drum is 3 inch dia stainless with 4 hardox ring teeth welded on
- Spare silver steel for a replacement drum shaft
- 2 x 5s turnigy nano lipo packs and titanium box to secure - I used 10s to power the drum during the last competition
- 1 x 6s smaller turnigy nano lipo pack - Used for drive
- 2 x converted turnigy 85a controllers. Essentially botsbitz that i converted myself
- 2 x gimson 36:1 gearboxes with banebots hex hubs and orange wheels.
- 1 x spare wheel
- Drive motor wise I'm not sure the condition of these and will have to investigate however they are cheap to get replacements from Ewan or any drill motor.

I'm keeping my radio gear and brushless setup. I think that's everything.

Price wise I'm looking for £300+

It has seeded regularly in previous years (this year wasn't a good one for me!) Pictures available in the build thread but I'll get a few up to date ones with battle scars from recent comp
