servo hacking

can anyone help me as i cant remember how to hack a servo so it goes 360 degrees. i have cut the plastic bit that stops it rotating but i think i have to glue down the potentiometer or something. Can anyone help?

Glue the pot so it doesn't move, you might have to drill the output shaft gear a bit so it doesn'tstick to the pot shaft. But the best wat is to cut the pot wires and solder two 2.2k resistors.
