ATM I don't think either HR spinner exceeds 500rpm or 20% of its weight (although considering Goliath's size it would have to be massive to be anywhere close to 20%.). I know its the EO's arena, but since Jonno is on here, would you allow spinners that breached the speed restriction but not the other 2?
