I totally ignored the change in volume!

So if the volume is kept at 0.23Lt by increasing the bore to 85mm the throw will increase to 0.9m, to be honest its not much of an improvement :|

The speeding up thing I don't fully understand as well, its true that the tip will move faster by placing the cylinder nearer the hinge point, but the added mechanical disadvantage will slow it down...I guess
