Not many do them like that, but so far our experience has been that the result is flexible (a good thing with these weak plastic gearbox casings), light, strong, and importantly easy to dismantle. If you haven't already got it in mind, build the robot with taking it apart in a rush in mind, as chances are you'll have to do just that more than once!
