For Â£70 I can sell you a welded mild steel shell with 2 GR01s and a set of HDPE wheels.

No electronics, no battery, no weapon.

Of course not. It's just parts in my workshop. I normaly build to spec for the customer.
This combo of left overs is more like charity. But even then I would like to see some drawings.

For Â£200. I can do a stainless steel shell and add 2 Botbiz BB-25A-Esc's and a 3s LiPo. Rx/Tx is another matter.

as gary said you'd need to trebble that amount or at the very least double it, all 70 quid wud get you is a pair of new electronize speedos for it, nothings cheap
