Carrying/sitting cradle for feather ?

do i require a cradle for my feather weight robot for tomorrows event. i already have safety pins and tec for the axe but on a second reed of the rules it states.

All robots not in an arena or official testing area should be raised on their carrying cradles in a manner so
that their motive power cannot cause movement if the robot were turned on, or cannot roll or fall off a pit
table. Runaway robots are VERY dangerous.

do i need to get in the shed?????????
