Gimson motors with robochallenge wheels

Will the 100mm robo challenge wheels with the nut insert screw onto the output shaft of gimson 12v motors in the blue mounting blocks?

Ok stupid question. My robochallenge wheels have arrived (thanku robochallenge). I have GR01's that came with a nut, and these wheels have the nut already pressed into one side. Do I wind the wheel onto the shaft as far as the nut will thread on, and then use the screw and washer to tighten on the end to lock the wheels in place?
