Charging/discharging nimh packs

Can some one please remind me it's been so long lol, I have 12v nimh packs that I want to charge and discharge, their 3700mah. I charge them with supernova chargers, what amps should I charge and discharge them at? And when at event what amp for quick charge inbetween fights.

at home i charge mine at .6 amps and discharge at .4, and ill have to look for that speedo later at my mums cause i couldnt find it at mine btw
