Ok cheers, got a fuse holder and some 10amp fuses today so see wot happens!

If you want to disable a BEC on an ESC where you cannot turn it off with software, just take out the red wire (positive, the middle one). Signal and ground (aka negative) need to be attached.

on the back of the connector there are little plastic tabs that stop the crimps coming out of the plastic housing if u lift the middle 1 up with a small flat head screw driver u can pull it out and tape it up, then if u ever need it for any reason u can just pop it bk it ........ there are a few bits on youtube on how to disconnect a BEC
