Antweight events?

Hi all, i was wondering if there are any antweight events coming up as i am going to make my first robot in 2 days and really want an event to try it out.

if you can't be bothered to look at that list of events and work it out yourself you're not welcome at any ant events.

i have checked but i dont know how long it takes to get to Brighton or Birmingham!!!!!!! :|

There is a Roaming Robots event in Portsmouth every year, however its not usually held until October-ish time (and I'm not sure its happening this year anyway). Brighton is probably the closest to Portsmouth, but its still a good couple of hours away.

Brighton will be you're closest for now, thats the Big one the AWS, so you'll need to register before the event.

I checked, its 1hr 23mins to brighton from Portsmouth.

Once you've built your ant and given it a name, sign up on the Robotwars101.org website/forum. In the events section, on the first page of the AWS 38 thread, theres a link to the sign up form.
