Whats the weight of flows and diablos rams then? Looks good.

Probably around 1.25 - 1.5 kg with that big base plate I'd have thought. We will have to weigh them. Aiming for 1.5kg or less. The piston rod has a fair bit of weight in it with it being 30mm dia but it needs to be like that for strength really. There's robot with 40 bore low pressure rams that are heavier.

How have you affixed the plastic (nylon?) top on the piston ram?

Cut material and prepped for end caps. This is going to be one big buffer.
