Update

I did a lot today, cut up the 15mm Nylon 6 even though I ordered 12mm and cut up the 4mm aluminium plate.

As you can see the size difference between the two, Rukia is now just under 16 inches long , just over 16 inches wide and 9cm tall.

I don't think I need two battery's. One battery should be powerful enough to run more that 3-4 minutes, they are 4600mah Ni-MH battery's.
