Been rebuilding the robot over the last month or so, same dimensions but 10mm longer and the weapon sticks out the front 5mm more than on TS2 to allow for the insides to fit.

    lots of pictures below......

first up new motor mount with weight saving

took ages to make but the selfrighter- works nicely and seems very powerful. Made with an 18v drill motor with 3x the sets of gears that comes in a normal drill gear box.

bit of weight saving done but has the areas for more yet if needed weighs 750g atm....

New bulkheads, as i said earlier 10mm longer and the weapon and drive moved forward 5mm to fit internals inside.

leaving the top section on nylon on for now just so i can stick them in the vice again to do some more bits to them.......

old next to new just for comparison, pocketed the nylon so the motor bracket sits flush inside it too.

And then it sorta together to show how it'll look, need to sort out bearings next as the 17mm ID needle roller bearings out of TS2 were all deformed so may need to make a steel sleve for them or something im not sure yet

That looks superb! Maybe you can take out NST again! Its amazing how much force you are getting off a single Speed 900.

And is that a CNC I see? Is it capable of doing Aluminium 7075?
