I have found stats for almost every competition, but they are VERY old (particularly the otherweights) and I though I have looked over them and made slight modifications they may be unrealistic cause I'm feeling a bit rusty :P
Heavyweights:
Robot Name: Apocalypse II
Weight: 100kg
Shape: Box wedge with sloped sides, ala Storm II. The front wedge is angled at 30* to get under opponents, and the sides are sloped at 42* to deflect spinners. The rear is rounded for easier self-righting.
Length: 85cm
Width: 75
Height: 20cm
Motivation: 2 x internal HDPE wheels, each are 175mm in diameter and they have vulcanised tyres for extra grip, plus they are mounted like Tazbot€™s for more manouevrability. They are in the front of the robot so that the front turns rather than the rear, ala Merlin.
Drive: 2 x S28-400 magmotors run @ 24v from 2 x 3600mAh NiCad battlepacks; this should provide about 9 horsepower.
Armour: 3.2mm hardox monocoque for the most part, strengthened in certain key areas with extra 5mm titanium/vanadium alloy sheeting.
Weaponry: The robot is a decent pusher, but on top there are three sets of Mute-style barbs, one on each side and one running down the flipper arm. They run all the way along the top of the robot and slope down the wedge, and are tungsten tipped to allow it to trap robots on top, and once their stuck on top they can€™t get free.
The second weapon is what I use to get rid of the robot stuck on the barbs. It is a Bio-Hazard style 4-bar flipping arm, but unlike Bio-Hazard it is run off full pressure pneumatics, meaning it will easily throw robots out of the arena. It is 30cm wide and runs down the centre of the robot, made of 4mm hardox and powered by a 120mm x 100mm bore stroke ram @ 750psi from a 1.5kg gas bottle, giving it about 10 flips per round, which should be enough. On the front of the flipper arm there is a strip of 8mm grade 2 titanium, which should aid in getting under the other robots. The two barb-strips on the outer sides are themselves electrically actuated via an A28-150 magmotor @ 24v, hinged at the rear. to be used to conserve gas when self-righting and also to tip robots into the pit/used as lifting arms should the flipper fail.
Speed: 20mph
Ground Clearance: 0 at front, 8mm at sides and rear, but this is protected by 5mm titanium skirts made of grade 2 titanium.
Turning Circle: Using the skid steer system ala Razer gives Apocalypse II a 0 turning circle
Srimech: The 4-bar flipper can right it in less than a second, but to conserve gas the lifting barbs on either side of the machine are generally used, righting the robot in 1 second.
Colour: Apocalypse II keeps the colour scheme of the old one, with dark blue bodywork and a red weapon. The barbs are black.
Strengths: Powerful weaponry, unique strategy
Weaknesses: Limited gas for the flipper

Robot Name: System Shock 4.0
Shape: Box wedge with sloped sides, the front wedge is angled at 60* to flip opponents and the sides are angled at 42* to deflect spinners, the front wedge has a 3cm long extension with a Firestorm-style blade, this extension is angled at 30* to get right in underneath opponents, then ram them so they get flipped by the main 60* wedge, it also has a Tornado style angled rear
Weight: 110kg
Length: 80cm (83cm with wedge extension)
Width: 80cm
Height: 20cm
Motivation: 4 x CNC Alumnium internal, but invertible wheels, they have a v-belt groove in the treads and a v-belt between the wheels so they count as tracks, but if they break the robot is not affected at all and the robot simply becomes a wheeled robot, leaving the tracks behind
Drive: 2 x LEM-200s @ 60v
Batteries: 250 C-Cell NiCad batteries
Armour: 4mm hardox monocoque with up to 7mm in key areas
Weaponry:
1) Drive power
2) At the rear there are two (static) diamond tipped ramming spikes, they are placed either side of the angled rear
3) The front wedge (and the extension) can lift up and down via an S28-150 at 24v. The wedge is hinged in the middle so it can work both ways up. This front wedge is interchangeable for a vertical tornado style 5kg disc with 2 x tungsten blades like Hypno-Disc's, the disc is spun by an S28-150 at 3000rpm, which it can reach in 1.5 seconds and when at that speed it can deliver a 17.8Kj hit. It is 150mm in diameter, 3cm thick and there is 1.5cm distance of rotattion to the centre of the disc, it is made of titanium/vanadium alloy
Speed: Can be pushed to 28mph, but mostly kept lower for more control (about 17mph)
Turning Circle: 0
Ground Clearance: 0 at the front, 10mm the rest of the way around, but that is protected by 5mm titanium hinged skirts at the sides and rear that flop over when the robot is inverted
Srimech: Invertible
Colour: Light blue with the name written in yellow on top
Strengths: Speed and Power
Weaknesses: Some people will be cheesed off by this clear exploitation of the weight advantage given to tracks
Notes: This one was my favourite because it did so well in VFT lol so bringing it back
Robot Name: LockJaw Epidemic
Shape: An Axlebot with 3 wheels on each side (arranged ala Trident), a wide scoop in the middle that fills the full space between them and two vertical claws, on one each side in between the wheel and the scoop, there are large parasol-shaped armour plates to protect the wheels from the side
Weight: 100kg
Length: 65cm
Width: 110cm
Height: 30cm
Motivation: 2 x go-kart style wheels coated in vulkalon for grip
Drive: 2 x LEM-130s at 36v, 18HP, powered by 4 x NiCad battlepacks
Armour: 4mm hardox all over, but the skirts are 5mm titanium and the scoop is 1cm titanium
Weaponry:
1)The scoop in the middle, it is made of 1cm titanium
2)The claws operate in unison and are powered by Litton Motors at 36v. They have serrated edges and are drilled full of speed holes. They reach out slightly further than the scoop to get a good grip
Top Speed: 17mph
Ground Clearance: Effectively 0 at front due to scoop, and effectively 0 at sides and rear due to hinged skirts that flop over when inverted, they are attached with hardox hinges
Turning Circle: 0
Srimech: Invertible, flipping it does nothing at all
Colour: Gold claws, silver wheel hubs and scoop
Strengths: Unusual
Weaknesses: Weapon requires precision
Robot Name: Genocide
Shape: Low cylinder with sloped sides
Weight: 110kg
Length: 90cm
Width: 90cm
Height: 20cm
Motivation: 4 x Dill Zilla Style shuffling feet
Drive: 2 x Bosch 750w motors @ 24v
Batteries: about 15kg worth of A123 cells
Armour: 7mm hardox for the shell, 7mm HDPE on the base plate
Weaponry: The whole shell spins up to 2000rpm via a LEM-200 at 60v. It weighs 54kg and can reach top speed of 2000rpm and lethal in 1.5 seconds. There are two blades, placed adjacent to each other and serrated, shaped like Pussycat's from series 4 although they are much bigger and weigh 7kg each. They are welded as part of the shell so they cannot be ripped off. When spinning at 2000rpm it can deliver a (roughly) 97.8Kj hit, enough to make a nice mess of things. There is plenty of shockproofing to defend from its own and other robot sblows, plus it won't go flying on impact due to the feet (although the opponent will).
Speed: 20mph
Turning Circle: 0
Ground Clearance: 7mm all round except for the blades, which runs flush to the floor
Srimech: Coming out of the robot at a 45 degree angle to right the robot is a long spike, powered by a 1.5kg co2 bottle at 145psi, which should be enough self-rights for any battle
Colour: Black with gold rims, the name wriiten in red block capitals on top and a blue srimech
Otherweights:
Antweight:
Antweights

Weaponry:
1)Scoop at front
2)Pushing Power
Speed: Fast!
Ground Clearance: 0 at front, 4mm everywhere else
Turning Circle: 0
Srimech: Invertible
Colour: Silver, with a scary Mauler type face on the scoop

Featherweight:
Robot Name: Werewolf
Weight: 13.6kg
Shape: Lox box
Length: 40cm
Width: 45cm
Height: 12cm
Motivation: 6 x invertible but internal from the side wheels, the hubs are HDPE and the tyres are polyrethane rubber. They 134mm in diameter
Drive: 2 x Dewalt Power Drives @ 24v
Batteries: 2 x 12v 2400mAh NiCads in series for 24v
Armour: 3.2mm hardox
Weaponry: The robot is a good pusher and can bash opponents around with top speeds of 22mph, but in the centre there is a Bio-Hazard style lifting arm powered by a 35w Bosch linear actuator that runs for the full length of the robot. At the front of the lifter there is a 1cm titaanium scoop, 5cm wide.
Speed: Can reach 22mph when I want to really slam opponents into walls or hazards, but for driving it will mostly be kept to about 15mph
Turning Circle: 0
Ground Clearance: 0 at front with setups 1,2 and 3, 7mm at sides and rear and at the front with setup 1
Srimech: Runs inverted with all setups except no.4, but the lifter can always right the robot
Colour: Polished, like Trident
Strengths: Good pusher
Weaknesses: No damaging weaponry
Lightweight:
Robot Name: War Drum
Shape: Reverse wedge, the rear wedge is angled at 30* and the sides are sloped inwards at 42*
Weight: 28kg
Length: 25cm
Width: 40cm
Height: 15cm
Motivation: 2 vulcanised wheels, internal, but exposed from the top and bottom
Drive: 2 x Dewalt Power Drives @ 24v
Batteries: 2 x 12v 2400mAh NiCads in series for 24v
Armour: 12mm HDPE, 15mm in key areas
Weaponry:
1) The front drum spins vertically at 2500rpm via an S28-400 magmotor at 24v, driven by a NiCad battlepack. The drum weighs 7kg and is made of 7075 aluminium, it has several cheese grater style titanium teeth placed in a diagonal fashion going around to the drum. It is chain driven and can be reversed if the robot is inverted. When at top speed it can deliver a 26Kj hit. It is 30cm in width, 15cm in diameter
2) Either side of the drum there are two static tungsten tipped spikes, making four in total. These are each 13cm long
3) If for some reason the drum fails the robot can use its wedge to shove opponents around the arena
Speed: 12mph
Turning Circle: 0cm
Ground Clearance: 7mm at front and sides, 0mm at rear due to wedge
Srimech: Invertible, cannot be stranded because of the angled of the sides
Colour: Red drum with gold teeth, green bodywork with purple marking out the frame
Middleweight:
Robot Name: Zero
Shape: Cylinder, ala Daisy Chopper
Weight: 54kg
Length: (including disc) 65cm
Width: 70cm
Height: (including disc) 35cm (without disc) 10cm
Motivation: 6 x 4mm hardox wheels at either end, 12cm in diameter, external and invertible, exposed but protected by two tungsten carbide bars at either end. There are 6 wheels because they are mounted in a triangle like Trident from RW3
Drive: 2 x Dewalt Power Drives @ 24v
Batteries: 2 x 12v 2400mAh NiCads in series for 24vArmour: 4mm titanium body and disc supports, tungsten carbide wheels protectors, titanium disc
Weaponry: A 25cm diameter vertical spinning disc 5cm away from the main body, supported by 4 x 4mm titanium arms, which have swivel castors on the top and bottom for easy manouevrability. The disc itself is made of titanium and has two 5mm hardox tunsgten tipped serrated blades which are part of the disc to avoid them being ripped off. These baldes are just 1mm from the ground, and when spinning at maximum speed of 2000rpm from the LEM-130 @ 36v that powers it can deliver 35.4Kj per hit as well as flipping opponents as it spins upwards. The direction can be reversed when the robot is flipped by the chain driven system
Speed: 15mph
Turning Circle: 0
Ground Clearance: The disc is 1mm from the ground, the rest of the robot is 10mm
Srimech: Invertible
Colour: The disc is blue with gold stripes and red blades, the body is mostly pewter and grey with some dark blue
Strengths: Powerful weaponry, flipping it does just about nothing
Weaknesses: Not the toughest armour
Superheavyweight ~ Snake (realie)
