2 Bosch 400 @12V is 80A nominal and about 200A stall.

A 3 or 4S LiPo 8000mAh 30C will do nicely.
And for about £40 @ Hobbyking you can't go that wrong.

That's overall right, not 80A nominal per side?
I also think if I go lipo I will get 2/3 lipos around 4000mah that way I can wire them in parallel so have 3 times the wires so hopefully they won't get too hot.
