so ive got to cut the red radio wires coming off the esc and add an external power sorce to the reciver
well on the vid is shows you how to pop them out incase you ever need the bec .. and then u just use some insulating tale to rap them up............. it might work if you just disconnect 1 i think it depends on the v trail but i read on another post that your better off with a separate bec cos if the controller gives up u can still use weapons and 1 side of ur bot will still work
cool thanks alot!![]()
i got a bec off ebay for about £2 or £3
cool
I used them up until a few days ago in Eric Jr and didn't use a external BEC or do any surgery on the wires.
Few simple things you can check:
Are the switches on the ESC in the ON position?
Are the batteries charged?
Is it wired up ok?
A few photos might help us![]()
thanks it now only works (very badley) for the first few seconds?
shove a picture up of how you've wired it. btw it's a good idea to take the switches off and solder the wires together.
i would lol bit of a problem the robot is in peices due to major re design lolso it will have to wait but thanks anyway everyone
