I could help but don't know the motors that you spoke of, the best thing to do is put pics and details on here of what you are trying to replace and existing motor ratings and speed controller specs etc,this way more roboteers can help out and pick new motors and connection to Drive system. We use very powerfully motors so could easily get it wrong and your wheelchair would be too fast.
Could you not just contact the manufacturer or mobility scooter shop for. Replacements for your existing motors ?
