What James said earlier:

If you wish to unload equipment at hall 9 door 9.1 you will first need to get a loading pass from car park 12. Head to Gate 3 on arrival and say you are unloading for the Gadget Show and they will direct you to car park 12. Please arrive early as it can be busy to get passes.

Any other questions just fire them thisa way. I will be at the NEC during the days but will endeavour to answer questions as soon as possible.

To help speed things up, just go straight to car park N12, say you're an exhibitor who needs to unload stuff. They'll give you an unloading pass, then head to Gate 1 (it's closer to Hall 9 than Gate 3), unload your stuff at door 9.1, and then park your car. Grant will sort you out with an exhibitor's parking pass so you don't need to pay £8 a day.
