Those look like copies in all respects, only a tad larger in diameter.

That will pull back the speed to a more managable 35 km/h.

Still bloody fast tough.

Those cheapo's run a lot faster than a Graupner Speed 900.

Ing to get no where that speed, theres so much friction in the chain, it struggles to do 10. Hope fully the power would be enough at that voltage. If not, I have no idea how im going to get it to work.

It seems more types of motor with Speed 900 size are available.

I have a cheap set that runs 11 krpm @12V, where the original Graupners run around 6650 rpm with the same powersource. (Old Hawker SBS)

Yeh, we're really unsure on there reliability, so we have 1 spare, and If we need we can take the motor out of the spinner.

I was just wondering, what is the best way to solder leads to a syren (or sabertooth) as the connectors are melted and ones snapped off, so any one done it before?

I'd de-solder the terminals and solder directly to the board.

Just means prying the board off of the metal mount (which is horrible to do!). I'd also get some thermal compound so you can stick it back on properly.

Both are not attached to the mount any more so that's not a problem, its just being a multi layered (I don't know the correct term) I don't know which side it is sopost to be connected to, and was just wondering which side is each one? I know the motor ones are for the bottom, but I don't know which way round the battery ones are connected to, as one appears to be for the bottom, and the other top, but I don't know which way round.
