Giant cod sell a small devise which beeps when the voltage gets too low (it will be too heavy to use in combat but you could have it plugged in during testing. It also shows you what voltage each cell is at and the voltage of the hole battery.

I've bought one and it works fine- annoyingly I bought a the one which dent do 1 cell batteries.
