Will that blade fit on my motor?
Will that blade fit on my motor?
no, the bar is designed to fit directly onto a pulley. It's not good to fit the bar directly to the motor as it can break the motor. I'll count the number of teeth on the pulley for you and send you a link from technobots.
Sorry for any confusion, earlier I meant a bar or a disc. Btw, Andys laser cut bar would probably be 10x better than anything I could make :P .
I just want one that fits strait on to the motor
Which way is a disk more effective vertical or horizontal
Yeah but i cant use stuff that atttach to pulleys I would be happy with a streched rectangle shaped bladeOriginally Posted by jonny

I'm just working on experience after taking the skin down to the bone when working on hydra with a drill which span a much smaller piece of metal (at 550rpm when your motor will spin the bar at around 6000rpm if you gear it down a bit). Five stitches, a kicking for getting blood all over the carpet, finger dipped in iodine a tetanus jab and a nurse wetting herself laughing cos i almost passed out because of the needle and hadn't even registered a response to the rest, I reckon the effect of this'd be worse.
