I've never heard of Michael Burkes

I've looked him up, and I still have no idea who he is

Guy I was thinking of is much, much more famous and he has been in the news recently, for more reasons than one.

Other 2 are correct, and the photo was Lightning.

I've been hitting the random button on robot wars wiki and cropping section of the photo that comes up.
