We put an M10 screw into a 12v drill at 12v, put a nut on it and a tube over the top if it. It would have lifted me, I weigh 60kg. When overvolted to 18v, it could be really quite powerful. Remember though, an M10 bolt has finer threads than a carjack screw thread, so the lift will be slower, maybe less strong, but it will have better lifting capacity.
