    The pressure is regulated to 16 bar from the bottle to the ram. When it's in the bottle it's still full pressure CO2, so would still be 307 litres (if my limited pneumatics experience is correct). If the ram in that example was smaller or was operating at less pressure, it would get more flips as it would use less gas per actuation, but since that's only after it's been regulated to 16bar, it doesn't alter the volume of gas initially in the bottle.
