I tryed to use the search function, I tryed tank and volume, but nothing came up, and the one you found was at 16 bar, how ever I did find one for full pressure later on, and it said it was only a litre of co2 at full pressure in a 20oz tank, so either what I have found is wrong, or I really need to re think my ram size. And thanks for your help, it was quiet late when I searched it, so I probably didn't do it very well.

The pressure is regulated to 16 bar from the bottle to the ram. When it's in the bottle it's still full pressure CO2, so would still be 307 litres (if my limited pneumatics experience is correct). If the ram in that example was smaller or was operating at less pressure, it would get more flips as it would use less gas per actuation, but since that's only after it's been regulated to 16bar, it doesn't alter the volume of gas initially in the bottle.
