1) As far as I know a full combat arena is being made. And I think there are a few bw's knocking about. Someone made a small rep of 360. Which in turn is a rep of hypno disc. And IIRC K_c_r is making a rep of Pussycat.
2) Presuming that this arena is built, then spinners should be fair game on this one. I think an active weapon rule was discussed some time ago.
