They look similar, but the grip isn't anywhere near as good. I've got a pair of the 125mm ones, and the tread surface is quite slippy in comparison to the popular blue ones. I've tried wearing the surface down a bit to see what it's like underneath but didn't get very far before I decided to make my own wheels. That website is a very good source of bearings though.

The thing about the Robochallenge blue wheels is that they come with 3/8 UNF nuts embeded in them so you can just screw them on to a drillmotor shaft [once you get the chuck off] since they are all 3/8 UNF. They are good wheels too.
there is a break pipe connector with the 3/8 unf tread that you can get off ebay and if you open the bore of the wheel to 13.5mm you can hammer them in, or press them.
