Second-hand SLA battery.

Hey guys,

I'm currently converting a shed into my workshop and for the lighting, I'm using some of the high intensity LED strip-lights available. They run off 12V and I'm looking for a second-hand SLA, in the order of roughly 7-10Ah, to power them. (They'll be getting trickle-charged during the day from a solar panel on the roof; may as well practice what I preach )

I know they're not that expensive new but the application doesn't demand a brand new battery and if I can re-use something that someone else no longer needs then great.
Alternatively, a couple of smaller capacity batteries (~3-4Ah) would also be fine, I can just run them parallel.

go buy a cheap car battery. would probably be cheaper than trying to get and send an sla in the post.

or just dont go in the shed at night
too cold soon anyway , winter soon
