rubber/ plastic that moulds and stick to metal ?

i know the title is abit all over the place but ill try and describe what i'm after

a material that can be poured into a metal form/mould and will stick to the inside of that mould. i need it for aesthetics so i need it to be coloured or dyed.

anyone understand what i'm on about ?? any help on a material ??

Actually I may be interested in this too, I might have a need to rubberise the outside of a plastic wheel with a deep tread.

Didnt you ask this before when i was getting 540s wheels coated? ...im sure jeroen gave you a link to some cheap stuff on RS.

yeh i did but its not for that purpose would that stuff be ok ? thing is im only after a little bit
