    Polycarbonate or polypropylene are the way to go, or nylon works...1 or 1.5mm should protect you against most spinners, the trick is to not give them an edge to catch on.

    I can only echo the comments already here. 1-2mm polycarb should suffice, probably all you can afford in weight for a pneumatic ant.

    Avoid Acrylic like the plauge!

    grade 5 ti is the point where it gets hard to bend. I use 0.5mm Ti on my ants, fairly resistant to spinners, they'd never get through 1mm grade 5.

    I happen to have copious amounts of polycarb at 4, 6 and 10mm thick if you only want a small peice. Drop me a PM if you want some.

    yeh it would be very spinnerproof
