Ok, keep it standard put in a decent FP or LP system. I'd go with poly on the existing armour to bulk it up. From the pictures the white one looked quite rusted around the seams how are they under the paint?
ill probably go for an envy style lp system but obviously with a rear hinged flipper. i dunno what jonny has planned for his
I'm planning on putting a merlin-esk style fp system in. The rust isn't too bad, i'll probably take of all the rust and paint then repaint it either blue and black or green and black. Slap a picture of a pug on it then maybe paint some skulls on
I may go FP but it depends on how my sponsor goes
Slightly off topic but if I made a robot which used a baseplate type chassis, what ways are there to do the armour/body work?

You tend to bolt the shell to the base plate
