robo challenge wheels

i recently purchased some robo challenge wheels with nut inserts and 1 wheel is fine but the other wheel the thread inside is damaged! so i cant get it on the thread of my motor. what should i do?

If you can get 3/8 UNF tap, run it through the nut inserts. That should fix it. But Kane is right - a call to Robo Challenge is best. They are a good bunch and I expect they will sort it out quickly for you.
