Hi, so not got too much done, but got some parts for a new build.
2 12v argos drills. For anyone thinking of using them in a feather, all of the gears in the first and second stages are metal.
Btw, what do people think about using drill batteries in a beetle?
They're 12v 1000mAh NiCads.

That is extremely useful to me, as I was thinking of buying metal gears for mine soon, and now I don't need to.

They run two drill motors fine at full power for a good while, never ran them down completely before but they do last a fight, possibly two. They're okay for salvaging a battery back to last before you get a Li-Po, but they aren't brilliant.
